The Horsey tomb is situated in the Wykeham Chapel, reached from the north transept of Sherborne Abbey. It commemorates Sir John Horsey (died 1546) and his son (died 1564). They are clothed in armour of a style dating from the 1470s. The tomb is decorated with coats of arms and surmounted by effigies of horses, the crest of the family and a pun on their family name.
